Great Tit

The Great Tit is is the largest of the tit family in Ireland. It has a green and yellow body and a striking glossy black head with white cheeks. It is normally found in woodland but has readily adapted itself to become a familiar garden visitor. It can be quite aggressive at bird feeders often fighting off smaller birds.
